I've made a couple of small reflection sundials specifically for the Monta Loma neighborhood. They sit in a windowsill (indoors) and provide the time, and one can even be customized by you! The link below will take you to another website offering these sundials, but if you knock on my door I'll give you a $15 discount off of the $35 or $55 models (to $20 and $40).
The Monta Loma sundials will not be more than a few minutes off when used anywhere in the Bay Area.
